If you’re having a hypnosis session via Teams, please bear the following in mind.

  • Make sure you have a solid wifi connection and preferably use a wired connection if possible. It may not be possible to continue the session if the wifi keeps dropping out.
  • If possible use a good pair of headphones, earbuds, or gaming headset for the best experience. Using laptop speakers is fine but won’t feel as immersive. If you can, turn off any noise cancelling for your microphone or use a headset.
  • Do find somewhere  where you won’t be disturbed or distracted for the length of your session.
  • A laptop is a better solution that a phone or tablet as it will be more stable and easier to angle the camera at your face.  from which
