I rang Carl after finally accepting that I needed help with symptoms of depersonalization and increasing avoidance of the triggers that I had subconsciously attached to it. Being an anxiety disorder, I saw Carl being the perfect introduction in to the once scary world of therapy after researching on a directory for therapists and hypnotherapists and seeing that Carl specialised in treating symptoms of anxiety. After a phone consultation, I was convinced he was the person that could help me ease the weight I had put on my own shoulders, and he was. The patience and genuine fascination he had with what I was telling him during our sessions was admirable, and gave me true belief that I could make a recovery. Carl tried a multitude of techniques with me until we found an approach that really stuck. Since working with Carl, I have found that I am far more self aware and I have the capabilities to handle the symptoms far greater and far sooner than I thought possible prior to meeting him. Carl has a caring and soothing nature about him and shows great concern and attention to detail. His therapy sessions have helped me to learn a lot about myself and about how the human brain actually functions. I’ve gone from feeling crippled with anxiety to feeling like I have control of myself and my future again and it is mainly down to Carl’s work and patience with me. I’m very thankful for him and I highly recommend his sessions to anybody that is dealing with anxiety or a habitual issue that they wish to eradicate.

I went here not knowing to expect and honestly it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve done CBT, Counselling and this was by far the most effective. Carl explains everything in depth so you know what’s happening before it happens, which is reassuring. A brilliant experience!! I found from day one of the treatment I was much happier within myself as I really hated me as a person, feeling it was my fault. Carl made me realise it was not. The treatment has really helped me plus I do the day to day exercises I have been shown by Carl.

 Had an insane Past Life Regression session with Carl. It was the first time I’d had one and he clearly explained the process of hypnosis and what we were trying to achieve. A very calming environment where Carl puts you at ease straight away. We worked back to 1872 and I couldn’t believe how I felt the emotions as we worked through this life. Amazing Carl. I’ll be back for more and will keep you up to speed with what I find out from the session. Highly recommended! 

This was the first time I’d had any type of hypnotherapy, so I was intrigued. Carl has a nice, calm energy and is very personable yet professional. It’s easy to feel comfortable in his presence. I went to see Carl for a past life regression hypnosis. Carl was very reassuring and willing to answer any of my many questions. He is a brilliant listener and really helps put your mind at ease so that you can have the best experience possible. I don’t have anything negative to say about him. I went for a past life regression session with Carl. This was my first time doing anything like this. It totally fascinates me. When I arrived Carl took me to the treatment room and sat me down. He made me feel completely at ease as I was quite nervous. Carl did a warm up hypnosis on me first and made me feel very relaxed. We then went on a journey and I was regressed back to a period where I was a young girl. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I would also recommend Carl. He has a calming voice which was easy to follow. 10/10

Carl was a great hypnotherapist. He took the time at the start to discover how my inner mind works in terms of which senses I use to think and tailored his language to me. My session was revealing and dramatic. Carl gave me necessary time to acclimatise and persevered with my session without any rush or time-limit.
